Too Much Media Knowledge Base - Comment Policy
The following is the official Too Much Media Comment Policy regarding the posting of comments to Knowledge Base articles. This is in response to many abuses or inappropriate comments posted to Knowledge Base articles that have already been deleted or unapproved. This list is up-to-date as of June 15th, 2007 and is subject to change as needed. In the event of such changes, this article will be updated to reflect those changes.
The Too Much Media Knowledge Base is intended to be a professional and educational tool that may be used to explore, understand, and utilize the various features of any Too Much Media product.
Section 1 - Valid Comments
The following list details that which constitutes a valid comment posted to a Knowledge Base article for any product found in the Too Much Media Knowledge Base:

The Knowledge Base comments are intended to allow users to post or share experiences or information related to the subject matter of the article; or request additional information, examples, clarifications, or corrections to the Knowledge Base articles. Any support related questions should be directed to the Too Much Media ticket system located at http://clients.toomuchmedia.com - any support questiosn posted to the Knowledge Base will be removed.
Any valid comments requesting additional information, examples, clarifications, or corrections will be removed when the request has been fulfilled. Any questions, comments, or requests that warrant a completely new Knowledge Base article will remain for an extended period of time to correspond to any subsequent Administrative replies directing users to the requested Knowledge Base article.
