What are webmaster referral tiers?

The Webmaster Referral program is setup so that one webmaster can recieve a dollar amount or a percentage of sales from a reseller that they referred.  To be even more generous to your webmasters, you can setup multiple tiers.  An example of a two tier setup:

A program that is paying out 10% to webmaster referrals and 2% for tier 2 webmaster referrls.

Webmaster A refers Webmaster B
Webmaster B refers Webmaster C
Webmaster C makes a sale for $35

Webmaster B makes $3.50 (10% of $35)
Webmaster A makes $0.70 (2% of $35)

You can have as many as 8 tiers setup and you can payout a different percentage for each tier.
